Recuperando una infraestructura industrial abandonada, se propone una intervención que de un nuevo uso al lugar y se sirva de su posición frente a los principales ejes de comunicación de la zona para ello.
Este uso no es otro que el de bodega de vino, partiendo desde la infraestructura (ahora sala de catas) como elemento principal surge una nueva estructura, ligera y en contraposición a los vestigios del lugar.
La bodega se desarrolla de manera longitudinal, favoreciendo el proceso de creación del vino y presentando un desarrollo modular capaz de adaptarse a la necesidades del cliente.
En definitiva el proyecto busca crear una experiencia en torno al vino, desde su fabricación hasta su consumo, en un entorno cuya historia y legado industrial sirve para potenciar dicha vivencia.

Recovering an abandoned industrial infrastructure, an intervention is proposed that gives a new use to the place and uses its position in front of the main communication axes of the area for it.
This use is that of a wine cellar, starting from the infrastructure (now the tasting room) as the main element, a new structure emerges, light and in contrast to the vestiges of the place.
The winery is developed longitudinally, favoring the wine creation process and presenting a modular development capable of adapting to the client's needs.
In short, the project seeks to create an experience around wine, from its manufacture to its consumption, in an environment whose history and industrial legacy serves to enhance said experience.
