The Middle-Earth project, carried out jointly by BAO, Alvaro López Lorente-Sorolla and Beatriz Alonso Romero, was awarded with a Special Mention in the international Europan 16 competition.
The The proposal is located in Hjertelia, a neighborhood of the city of Hønefoss (Norway), seeking to set the guidelines for the future growth of the city by working on the boundary between the urban and rural scale.
