Propuesta ganadora del PRIMER PREMIO para el CONCURSO DE IDEAS DE ARQUITECTURA E INTERIORISMO PARA LA REMODELACION DE LAS OFICINAS CORPORATIVAS DE TVITEC | CRICURSA.

El proyecto busca aportar una solución para la reforma de las oficinas garantizando dos objetivos:
(1) reformular la distribución de usos con un acceso central que se superpone en las sucesivas plantas y (2) la
creación de una nueva fachada que envuelva todo el conjunto y lo ponga en relación directa con el entorno
industrial.

Respecto al primer objetivo el proyecto trabaja desde un elemento central que denominaremos "corazón" del
proyecto. Este corazón esta constituido por tres espacios fundamentales que permiten una distribución fluida de la
circulaciones y una correcta entrada de luz al conjunto.
Los tres espacios que se encargarán de articular esta idea serán: el acceso principal (1), el vestíbulo (2) y el patio
central (3).

El segundo objetivo de la propuesta es la realización de una nueva fachada, la cual además de poner en relación al
proyecto con el entorno, sirva para trasmitir el sello de la marca Tvitec a través de sus propios productos.
Se trata de una fachada que combina el muro cortina con una cámara de aire que permite una solución ventilada, presentando un remate a modo de visera en cada planta. Este elemento estará realizado con Rocalux, posibilitando su iluminación para dar una nueva imagen nocturna al edificio.

Winning proposal for the FIRST PRIZE in the ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN IDEAS COMPETITION FOR THE RENOVATION OF TVITEC | CRICURSA'S CORPORATE OFFICES.

The project seeks to provide a solution for the office renovation, guaranteeing two objectives: (1) to redesign the distribution of uses with a central entrance that overlaps the successive floors, and (2) the creation of a new façade that envelops the entire complex and connects it directly with the industrial environment.

Regarding the first objective, the project works from a central element that we will call the "heart" of the project. This heart is made up of three fundamental spaces that allow for a fluid distribution of circulation and proper entry of light into the complex. The three spaces that will articulate this idea will be the main entrance (1), the lobby (2), and the central courtyard (3).

The second objective of the proposal is the creation of a new façade, which, in addition to connecting the project with its surroundings, will serve to convey the Tvitec brand's distinctiveness through its products. This façade combines a curtain wall with an air chamber that allows for a ventilated solution, featuring a visor-like finish on each floor. This element will be made with Rocalux, allowing it to be illuminated to give the building a new nighttime appearance.
