PASO SOBRE LAS VÍAS DEL TREN, REURBANIZACIÓN DE SU ÁMBITO INMEDIATO Y REORDENACIÓN DEL ENTORNO DE LA ESTACIÓN DE FUENLABRADA CENTRAL

El proyecto se presenta sobre dos operaciones fundamentales, por un lado el planteamiento de una infraestructura que funcione como eje vertebrador capaz de conectar los dos ámbitos separados por las vías con el objetivo de crear una "nueva centralidad urbana" y por otro lado, la activación del entorno para potenciar este "gran nudo" en el que confluyan los itinerarios peatonales con espacios abiertos, los distintos modos de transporte público y la naturaleza.

-El proyecto nace a partir de los condicionantes previos que ofrece el lugar de emplazamiento y tiene como objetivos:

​

1.Cumplimiento estricto de la normativa. 
Se lleva a cabo a la hora garantizar una altura suficiente para la nueva infraestructura capaz de cumplir con el gálibo máximo planteado en normativa así como otros aspectos técnicos como la ausencia de apoyos estructurales en la zona de dominio público de la estación.
 
2.Comunicación de los dos ámbitos separados por las vías.
Objetivo primario de la propuesta, conseguido a través de la pasarela y potenciado gracias a su interacción con el resto de agentes para la activación del entorno.

3.Aprovechamiento de la topografía.
La pasarela planteada se aprovecha del aumento de pendiente que tiene lugar en la Calle Grecia para resolver su conexión entre los dos ámbitos, utilizando la topografía actual para resolver la accesibilidad al propio elemento e insertándose para la creación de los nuevos itinerarios peatonales.

4.Renaturalización del entorno.
Se buscará la permeabilidad total del suelo en todo el espacio que no se corresponda a ejes y plazas, aumentando la superficie verde de 2000 m² hasta los 5000 m².

5.Aumento del espacio urbano destinado al peatón.
En el entorno situado al oeste de las vías se lleva a cabo una operación para generar ejes peatonales permitan dinamizar el conjunto.

The project is presented on two fundamental operations, on the one hand the approach of an infrastructure that works as a backbone capable of connecting the two areas separated by the roads with the aim of creating a "new urban centrality" and on the other hand, the activation of the environment to promote this "great center" in which pedestrian itineraries converge with open spaces, the different modes of public transport and nature.

-The project is born from the previous conditions offered by the place of location and has as objectives:

1.    Strict compliance with regulations.
It is carried out when guaranteeing a sufficient height for the new infrastructure capable of complying with the maximum gauge established in the regulations as well as other technical aspects such as the absence of structural supports in the public domain area of ​​the station.
 
2.    Communication of the two areas separated by the tracks.
Primary objective of the proposal, achieved through the catwalk and enhanced thanks to its interaction with the rest of the agents for the activation of the environment.

3.    Use of the topography.
The proposed walkway takes advantage of the increase in slope that takes place in Grecia Street to solve its connection between the two areas, using the current topography to solve the accessibility to the element itself and inserting it for the creation of the new pedestrian itineraries.

4.    Renaturation of the environment.
The total permeability of the soil will be sought in all the space that does not correspond to axes and squares, increasing the green surface from 2000 m² to 5000 m².

5.Increase in urban space for pedestrians.
In the area located to the west of the tracks, an operation is carried out to generate pedestrian axes that allow the complex to be energized.
