El proyecto se ubica en una escala entre vivienda urbana y rural. Esto se refleja
en la ocupación del terreno, la densidad de las edificaciones y sus tipologías.
Servirá de filtro entre la vida urbana y rural.
Por tanto, la propuesta cuenta con un sistema de infraestructura dividido en 3
redes: vial, sendero y sendero. El objetivo de este sistema es garantizar el uso de
peatones y bicicletas, provocando una disminución en el uso del automóvil.
La operación fundamental se organiza a partir de un clúster formado por la
manzana con las viviendas y los edificios auxiliares. Cada bloque puede tener
hasta tres edificios auxiliares, que sirven a los campos productivos y espacios
públicos alrededor del clúster.

The project is located on a scale between urban and rural housing. This is
reflected in the occupation of the land, the density of the buildings and their
typologies. It will serve as a filter between urban and rural life.
Therefore, the proposal has an infrastructure system divided into 3 networks:
road, path and trail. The objective of this system is to guarantee pedestrian and
bicycle use, causing a decrease in car use.
The fundamental operation is organized from a cluster made up of the block with
the houses and the auxiliary buildings. Each block can have up to three auxiliary
buildings, which serve the productive fields and public spaces around the cluster.
