El proyecto propone una intervención compuesta por 3 elementos:
INFRAESTRUCTURA, ARQUITECTURA y NATURALEZA. El objetivo de la propuesta es
crear un entorno en el que los usuarios puedan disfrutar de una relación directa
con la naturaleza mientras disfrutan de espacios arquitectónicos
multifuncionales insertados como joyas en el paisaje.
La propuesta aparece en el paisaje entre la escala urbana y la escala rural,
utilizando tipologías intermedias y de infraestructura. Funciona como un filtro
entre la ciudad de Namur y su extensión en el paisaje.
La operación contiene elementos únicos que permiten una visión panorámica del
paisaje superando el filtro vegetal. Las torres de madera, la planta de biomasa,
las gradas del velódromo y la gran plaza frente a la ladera funcionarán como
mirador.

The project proposes an intervention made up of 3 elements: INFRASTRUCTURE,
ARCHITECTURE and NATURE. The aim of the proposal is to create an environment
in which users can enjoy a direct relationship with nature while enjoying
multifunctional architectural spaces inserted like jewels in the landscape.
The proposal appears in the landscape between the urban scale and the rural
scale, using intermediate and infrastructural typologies. It works as a filter
between the city of Namur and its extension in the landscape.
The operation contains unique elements that allow an overview of the landscape
overcoming the vegetal filter. The wooden towers, the biomass plant, the
bleachers of the velodrome and the large square in front of the slope will
function as a viewpoint.
